The Fitness Center offers a wide variety of classes and programs throughout the year.

This is a list of classes and programs offered at the Fitness Center - these classes are NOT offered all of the time. Certain classes and programs are offered at different times of the year. Call the Fitness Center if you have any questions about a specific class or program or to find out when individual classes will be offered.

Sunrise Shred/Friday Funday

Participants will experience a total body strength and conditioning workout incorporating all of the major muscle groups. We will incorporate body-weight exercises as well as a variety of equipment leaving you feeling balanced and accomplished. Nothing is off limits in this class!

Circuit Strength

Take a half hour to complete this circuit on the weight machines.  30 seconds at each weight machine before you’re on to the next!  It’s quick, but challenging—perfect for anyone who is on the go!

Line Dancing

This hour class will teach you different line dancing and is a fun way to get in a workout!

Light Weights

Using light dumbbells you will get in a full body workout and keep it easy on your joints. This class is great for beginners!

A high energy class including a warm up and cool down. It is set to music.

Experience full body flows while toning your whole body using light weights.

Yoga/Chair Yoga

This class takes out the impact on your joints and will enhance your strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. Leave feeling stronger and more centered.

New to barre and yoga? This gentle fusion class is a perfect way to get started! Expect low impact movement with a focus on muscular endurance, balance, and breath. Move mindfully, build strength, and enjoy a fun community!

Strong Seniors

Enjoy a beginner level circuit weight class using machines, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment.

Water Aerobics/Aqua Fit

Water Aerobics/Aqua Fit

A fun pool workout that will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without the impact on your joints. The advantage of aquatic exercise is that it can involve the upper and lower extremities through optimal ranges of motion while minimizing joint stress.

Soul Fusion

SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment.

Regular exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Our Fitness Center makes it easy with something for people of all ages and abilities. 24-Hour Access

Any member over the age of 18 will be allowed to use the Fitness Center anytime - day or night. Members age 13-17 may use the facility during staffed hours or during unstaffed hours when accompanied by an adult on the same membership. Punch card members will not have access during unstaffed hours. For everyone's safety, the pool and spa will not be available during unstaffed hours.
