Directions
Cherokee Regional Medical Center is located at 300 Sioux Valley Drive in Cherokee, Iowa. Cherokee is located in the northwest corner of Iowa, approximately 60 miles northeast of Sioux City.
From the north:
Take Highway 59 South. Turn left at Wilson Street. At the end of the street, take a right on North 1st Street. At Sioux Valley Drive, take a left and follow the signs.
From the south:
Take Highway 59 North. Turn right on Bluff Street. Take your first left (King Street, which will become North 1st Street). At Sioux Valley Drive, take a right and follow the signs.
From the east:
When approaching Cherokee from the East on Highway 3, you can either take the Highway 3 bypass around Cherokee or take C38 towards downtown Cherokee. If you choose the bypass, take a left at Roosevelt Street and go until you reach Sioux Valley Drive. Take a right and follow the signs.
If you choose to take C38 towards downtown Cherokee, take it until you reach Roosevelt Street. Take a right onto Roosevelt and stay on it until you get to Sioux Valley Drive. Take a left and follow the signs.
There will also be "HOSPITAL" signage on each of the major streets around the hospital to guide you. The signs are blue with an "H" on them.
Parking Map
There is plenty of parking available for patients, family members and visitors at CRMC. There is parking available between the hospital and Wellness Center and near the Admitting entrance. There is a canopy over the Main Entrance into the Hospital for the convenience of our patients visiting the Specialty Clinic area.
