**This is a list of classes and programs offered at the Fitness Center - these classes are NOT offered all of the time. Certain classes and programs are offered at different times of the year. Call the Fitness Center if you have any questions about a specific class or program or to find out when individual classes will be offered.

Help reach your fitness goals with one-on-one assistance from our Certified Personal Trainers. This Includes a body assessment and your own personal workout program.

One Hour Sessions Fees:
1 session: $30.00
6 sessions: $165.00
12 sessions: $300.00

30 Minute Session Fees:
1 session: $20.00
6 sessions: $110.00
12 sessions: $200.00

8th Grade Orientation

This is required for any child going into the 8th grade that wants to go upstairs to lift weights and be on the cardio machines. They will learn the proper way to run the machines, and lift weights.

AM Mix

Whether you're looking for a circuit, chair yoga, or a light lifting routine, you will get it here! This is a low impact class for those looking for a total body workout that is easy on the joints. We will incorporate equipment such as light-weight dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands and chairs.

Body Tone Circuit

Get a full body workout with this circuit class using many different types of equipment and working at your fitness level.

Fit in 30

Take a half hour to complete this circuit on the weight machines. 30 seconds at each weight machine before you’re on to the next!  It’s quick, but challenging—perfect for anyone who is on the go!

Line Dancing

This hour class will teach you different line dancing and is a fun way to get in a workout!

Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Sunrise Shred/Friday Funday

Participants will experience a total body strength and conditioning workout incorporating all of the major muscle groups. We will incorporate body-weight exercises as well as a variety of equipment leaving you feeling balanced and accomplished. Nothing is off limits in this class!

Water Aerobics/Aqua Fit

A fun pool workout that will improve strength and cardiovascular endurance without the impact on your joints. The advantage of aquatic exercise is that it can involve the upper and lower extremities through optimal ranges of motion while minimizing joint stress.

Yoga/Chair Yoga

This class takes out the impact on your joints and will enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and stability. Leave feeling stronger and more centered.
